The congress registration fee includes access to all plenary sessions, masterclasses and presentation sessions. The registration fee for the pre-conferences gives you access to the workshops. Your registration fee depends on the date of registration (which opens on March 1 with early birds ending on May 1, 2024) and your membership of the Netherlands Epidemiology Society (VvE). Please note that registration opens at March 1 and ends on May 22, 2024. It is also possible to only register for a pre-conference workshop.

The registration fee includes full catering on May 29 and 30, including dinner on May 29. Catering includes solely vegetarian options. Please let us know in the registration form if you have any dietary wishes.
This year there will be six interactive, live pre-conference workshops that will take place on Tuesday May 28th, 2024 at Hotel Theater Figi in Zeist. Please indicate if you would like to attend in the registration form, it is also possible to only register for a pre-conference workshop without attending WEON. The workshops are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis, as there is a limited number of participants possible for each workshop. Lunch is included in the registration fee and consists of solely vegetarian options.
We have organised masterclasses in the morning of Thursday May 30th, 2024. Please indicate your masterclass preferences on the registration form. Masterclasses are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis, as there is a limited number of participants possible for each masterclass.
On Wednesday May 29th, 2024 in the evening there will be a social programme organised in the city center of Utrecht and Zeist. This programme includes an activity. There are limited spots available, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please indicate if you would like to attend in the registration form.
Payment follows at the end of the registration module. It is possible to pay with IDEAL (only Dutch participants), VISA or Mastercard.
Your presence on the event premises signifies your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded and to the release, publication, or reproduction of any and all recorded media for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the WEON congress and its organisers. By attending the event, you waive any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including any compensation for the use of recorded media.
You acknowledge that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be conducted based on this consent. If you do not consent to these terms, please refrain from entering the event premises.
In case of cancellation before May 8th, 2024 we will charge 50% of the total amount you are registered for. After this date no refund can be made, also if you do not turn up for the congress for whatever reason.
