Participant's Fee includes:

  • Admission to the sessions from 10-11 June
  • Congress documents and abstract book
  • Access to the exhibition and posters
  • Coffee breaks, lunches and closing drink (Friday)

Social programme fee includes diner and social activity.

Cancelation policies

Cancellations to your original registration (including social programme) must be made per e-mail to weon@umcn.nl before 15 May 2010. An administrative fee of € 40,- will be deducted from all refunds. No fees will be refunded after this date.
